Charlie Tatman Signs with CMG Records -Nashville!

It's official! In a press release dated May 21, 2006 Unicorn Artist Management in Dallas Texas annouced what some of you have known for the last month. Charlie has signed on with Nashville based CMG Records. To read the official press release click HERE.
Charlie plans to be in the studio in July to begin work on a new CD featuring some of the tracks from his self made CD as well as some new originals and some offerings from other artists. "We are listening to some tunes from other artists such as my friend Ronnie Keel (Keel and Iron Horse) and Ricky Lee Phelps (The Kentucky Headhunters)". "I want to do a CD that reflects Southern Rock to Country with enverything in between... In short, Classic, Goodtime, Music!" The CD will be produced by Charlie and co-produced by CMG Records President, Steve Riley. "When I first met Steve a few months ago, it was like talking to someone I had known for years." Charlie said. "I guesss it's because we share a common background of performing and the music is what ties all of us pickers and singers together." "It's just like family and that appeals to me more than anything."
Along with the recording deal Charlie has signed on with Unicorn Artist Management in Dallas Texas. This relationship will lead to bigger shows for Charlie as his career grows. They are already working on some large shows maybe for this summer.
